REALMS-12230Changes made in the Book and Quill GUI are not always saved, or takes a long time to save, when closing the GUI on Realms.
When writing in the Book and Quill, sometimes upon closing the menu, changes to the text inside will not be saved, or take seconds or minutes after closing the menu to save. This problem worsens the more pages are in the book, with it becoming noticeable at page 3 in my testing, and becoming very frequent after 10 pages or more of full text. I've tested this between singleplayer and Realms, and this bug only happens on Realms.
