Can't download, reset, upload a new world
When I got back on it tried telling me the subscription ran out but I looked on Microsoft website and it was taken out and says next due date is the 28th of September. My realm will not work I can't even turn it off it times out saying it can't be turned off. It shows that I have 2 of the same texture pack applied and will not let me remove anything and everytime I try it says the selected packs can't be applied when I'm trying to remove them.

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As such we have no repro of this issue.
