No one in the realm can successfully send messages and text on signs isn't appearing to the other player. Messages occasionally send successfully or end up showing up ages after originally sent. We're having to use text messages to communicate instead of using in game chat, which isn't ideal and quite annoying.

Have been having this issue ourselfs on Bedrock Realm since 1.17.30 update.
In game chat can take around 15 mins to show up.
We have even had cases of the message apearing in chat over 10 mins after the player has logged out.
The players system doesn't seems to matter as all active players effected.
