WEB-3960Cannot purchase Minecraft dungeons
PLEASE read this fully before commenting, I have been told by Jira to contact Minecraft support and that was horrible to experience and they did not help and just sent me back here.
I have been unable to buy Minecraft dungeons for the past month as every time I attempt to checkout it pops up as an error ever immediately. I am unable to put any information in before the error pops up (error 403). I have tried to purchase it on multiple platforms and have even had to reset my windows completely (was for other reasons) and nothing has worked. Also just to clarify this I have purchased Minecraft with the same card on the same site so my card so my card is not the issue.
I really would appreciate actual help instead of getting sent back and forth without feeling like anyone actually read my messages. If you need more info I am more than happy to oblige.

Maybe try turning off Trusted Skins on Profile Settings
This is supposed to go to customer support so I don't know why they sent you back here but I know what it feels like being sent back and forth so I will try my best to help you. By doing a little Googling I found that error 403 tends to be something that doesn't permit you to connect to something. I also have a question, where are you seeing this error? Is it in the launcher or on the website?
Anyways, try to disable windows firewall before purchasing (but remember to turn it back on afterwards). If that doesn't work then try to do it while connected to a VPN if you have access to one (You can probably get a free trial from somewhere if you don't have one).

I am seeing the error code on the minecraft.net store, I have tried to purchase on the phone, different computer, and Bing instead of Google. I click buy on the launcher an it brings me to the actual website, or I will just load onto the site via phone or computer without the launcher.
I purchased Minecraft with the same card and have made international purchases before so I don't believe it would be my card (I'm Canadian if that matters at all lol). I am not even allowed to choose any sort of payment methods before the error happens.
I can try the firewall but am extremely uncomfortable to go get a card in the middle of a pandemic as I can only get them in the city closest to me with high numbers of Covid cases.
I know this may sound silly but I am worried that with the issues I am having a Minecraft card wouldn't work and then I am out that money.
