Unable to cancel order of adyen payment gateway

I tried to initiate payment from adyen and the page on which it redirected was not found when I closed the tab and returned to site it gives option to cancel pending order but since this API is failing I am not able to cancel the order.
The order was automatically canceled some time later, may be due to expiry time of adyen plugin.

Hi, orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if they aren't completed, meaning they won't exist anymore.
Why are you using our APIs for this? Our website should be sufficient for payments.
I am using the cancel order button which is available on https://checkout.minecraft.net/?lang=en-us this link. When I manually try to cancel the order then this error occurs. I tried to do payment and was redirected to adyen page but it showed page not found. So I wanted to try some other payment method, but the cancel button which is using the above API is not working.
Would you mind attaching a screenshot of what you are seeing? Please blur out any personal information.
