Every time i log in the voice reader reads off my screen but yet i have voice reader off on both my phone and the app... but i tefuse to play because the voice reader is annoying.

This is not the correct place to report this issue, this issue section is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server, not Minecraft Bedrock as a whole. Your issue seems to not involve the Bedrock Dedicated Server.
