Every time I open the app minecraft ask me to log in the app, but I didn't uninstall it, and this happens every time I try to open it, and my worlds are gone.

Does this issue occur only on bedrock dedicated server or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms?

yes, I have uninstalled it more than 4 times, and I have deleted all files related to minecraft from the cell phone and from the SD card, and every time I enter the game it sends me to open a file to save my worlds but there is no such folder in the cell phone
