BDS-2385Stuck in Adventure Mode
The server is stuck in adventure mode even though the server.properties file has gamemode=survival set. Characters can't break or place any bricks. Any workaround? Worked in version 1.13

Windows 10 LTSB 2016 Guest
32 Gigs of RAM
120 Gig VHD

Can close this; recopying the server installation folder solved the problem.
