You have created this bug in the "Bedrock Dedicated Server" section of Mojang's JIRA. This bug doesn't actually relate to Bedrock Dedicated Server and I would recommend heading over to the "Minecraft Bedrock Codebase" section and upvoting one of the existing bugs there as those sections are far more active and appropriate for an issue like this.
I dont work for Mojang but would also highly suggest, if your issue relates to a purchase, that you contact Mojang support as anything financial should be raised with them immediately.

There doesn't seem to be any official documentation on the system requirements or minimum OS for Bedrock Dedicated Server which looks to have caused some confusion in the past.
Updating https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360035131651-Dedicated-Servers-for-Minecraft-on-Bedrock- to include System Requirements might help resolve some issues.

Have you tried creating the world locally, enabling experimental gameplay, then uploading it to your BDS?
It isn't a perfect solution but might help get you running until they augment the options available to BDS hosts.

This is act for 1.14.0 but there are no option for it.
When i use the locate command, it gives a random coordinate which leads to nowhere. I use /locate temple and it give me a coordinate that tp me to a witch hut then i try again(from a different place to get a new temple) and it tp me to a tundra spruce forest with nothing... Also i would like to point out that there are no locate command for jungle/dessert temple(idk the /locate temple is for which one) and witch hut....

There's a little texture fail wearing Diamond Armors.

So everytime I go and play a game on Mineplex every body are steves that's one thing but when I go into a game like mixed arcade or microbattles etc I see players shadows and no player and I find it diffecult to play a game and get killed but kids that are invisable.
ps if you can't code a game to render skins properly then JUST QUIT because you suck at probably the EASIEST thing to code.

This has happened to me 4 times now where I have my spawn point set to my house before i leave to go to the nether or the end and then if i die for any reason sometimes i wont go back to my spawn point and instead ill get sent to the world spawn which is almost 125000 blocks from my house and where i should have spawned. I haven't noticed this happening in the over world but it sucks because i like to spend a lot of time in the end and nether building bases there and now i cant do that because of this glitch.

I was making a path on my ranch and I can't convert the "grass" on "dirt path" below of "gate fence" but I can place a "gate fence" on a "dirt path". Maybe it is not a bug so needs add it.
When a grass block is under a fence gate, it won't let me make it become a dirt path. But if I remove the fence gate, I can make it a dirt path and then put the fence gate back on it and it will stay a dirt path.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place fence gate on a grass block
2. Use a shovel on the grass block
3. Does nothing

4. Remove fence gate
5. Use shovel on the same block
6. Place fence gate
7. Fence gate on dirt path

Placing maps within item frames on a wall should result in a seamless map "jigsaw"
What actually happened was...:
When initially placing the maps they appear to be one continuous map without any breaks or lines between them, however when logging out and back into the world the maps have a think white line between them until removed and re-placed
Steps to Reproduce:
Note: Will only work on Realms and BDS
- Place down 2x2 item frames on any surface
- Place 4 maps (can be the same map - preferrably filled in to show the issue clealy)
- Note no interruptions at the map borders
- Log out and back in to the world
- Note the new lines around each map on each border.
Note:
Does not appear to occur (at least not with the same repro steps) on a Singleplayer world. Can however reliably reproduce (with every log out) on a Realm or BDS install. May also be related to the maps having a pink and black checkerboard briefly when logging in.
Apologies for the alerts watchers, struggled to update this one on my phone 
I was making a map wall and when I rejoined my realm there were lines through the maps I broke them and replaced them but it happened everytime I rejoined. It got annoying the larger my map got. This is on bedrock xbox one 1.11.2 I think, Village and pillage
I don't think the release-notes.txt file has ever included new information for each release.
The release-notes.txt file has not been updated with subsequent versions post the initial release.
Updated release notes would help BDS Admins identify what has been fixed and changed to assist with testing and bug reporting.

I am running a Bedrock dedicated server on a separate computer to the one I am running on to play the game on the same network. the server runs fine in game and can have friends on pc join by finding my server name and my public IP I gave them. they click send invites from the menu and no one else sees those invites. the invite neither don't get sent or don't get received. we were originally trying to invite switch players but noticed the invites weren't working and tried seeing if PC could see it and they could not either. I have not seen a similar issue online. The setting for all parties for Microsoft and Xbox are set in a way invites should be able to be sent out to each other. It might be nice to add a command into the BDS console to send an invite to the players via console command or resolve why the invites don't get sent out.
What I expected to happen was...:
When connected to a BDS server, sending an invite from the ESC menu should appear on the recipients device.
What actually happened was...:
Nothing, no feedback on the sending machine and no invite at the recipient end.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Connect to a BDS server (as OP to rule out permissions issues)
- Press escape and click invite on the right
- Invite your friends
- Not the friend does not receive the invite, regardless of whether they use a BDS compatible version (IE can use custom servers)
Can't change the game settings: like show coordinates
As the Operator of the game in the BDS v.1.12.1.1 use to be able to change the game settings like "show coordinates" or "TNT Explodes", but after use the V.1.13.1.5 it just been locked.
What I expected to happen was...:
OP permission server members would be able to change game settings in the menu (such as show co-ordinates).
What actually happened was...:
The options are there and appear enabled but clicking them has no effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start a BDS instance
- Log in
- OP your user account
- Attempt to change settings
Comments indicate this was available until some time after 1.12.
I'm going to use this one as a master for the performance degradation experienced in BDS on a Linux install post 1.14. I've done my best to summarise the info provided in this ticket and others but please feel free to comment below if you have further info.
What is happening?
It appears that post 1.14, CPU usage on linux is far higher than the 1.13 releases. Testing against identical kit using Windows vs Linux yields far better performance on Windows than on Linux
How to reproduce
- Build Linux box on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (per last published Sys Reqs).
- Create new server using default properties file.
- Load into the world and note significantly higher CPU utilization than a Windows equivalent. Even with only 1 active player.
Notes from community members
- World (chunk) generation appears to contribute to the slowness. Logging into a new box the CPU pinning seems to occur while chunks are generating and falls off over time.
- Chunk generation appears slow to the player. (the view distance expands slowly)
- While under load, server time is obviously affected causing numerous issues for players,
- Was not present in the 1.13 releases.
- Does not appear to have improved with the subsequent 1.14 releases.
Issue with CPU maxing out to 100% usage when having a single client connected to dedicated bedrock server on Linux/Windows server. Testing environment including Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with 1 physical box (Celeron CPU 1007U @ 1.50 GHz 2 core ) and Azure Standard D2s v3 hosted VM.).
When server is idle with no connections, CPU is perfectly fine.
Java server has no adverse affect on connections and performance is much better. Is this typical?

To add to IonicEcko's questions, if this issue is caused by a texture pack, could you please mention which one specifically?
I tested it as I said... in the game, you can see the video right now in the attachments.
And the only one thing that changed in 1.15 to observers is the fact that observers won't detect a change when gets placed, here is the changelog if you want:
In any case, it's not in any way related to this problem.

Hi, I've been trying to change the world to flat in properties but I cant find "level-type: i look on the html thing at it says that it's an option, however I cannot see it in properties
The level-type option isn't present in the default server.properties file but is listed in the bedrock_server_how_to file.
Steps to reproduce:
- Download BDS server files
- Open the server.properties file
- Observe that level-type is not present
What I expected to happen:
level-type to be present in line with the other options.
What actually happened:
Option is not present and must be added manually.
Workaround
It is still possible to use the option by copying on the below lines into your server.properties file (modify DEFAULT to your desired world type).
level-type=DEFAULT
- Sets the world type for a newly generated server. Note this will not modify an existing world.
- Allowed values: "FLAT", "LEGACY", "DEFAULT" (Caps required)

Are you playing on Bedrock Edition (title screen just says "Minecraft") or on Java Edition (title screen says "Minecraft: Java Edition")? As IonicEcko already said, Bedrock and Java Edition realms are incompatible, so you all need to own the same edition in order to play together on the same realm.
IonicEcko: Sounds good. If I fix that user, will all new users be creative? Or if I want a creative server, I should redo the install?
@IonicEcko My apologies... I made a mistake and didn't look carefully throught my realm's add-ons. I have add-ons which prevends creeper and enderman griefing and are out-dated. aparently they messed up they despawning. Im very sorry for wasting time to the mods

I test on a Windows Server 2016(1607&14383.1884),found it fail to run BDS.After install update(KB4103723[Log|https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/help/4103723/windows-10-update-kb4103723)] then it work fine. So it is a feasible solutions. I also fount it work fine on Wine(5.0+). Thanks for your reply IonicEcko!

Little6thingys If you're able to reproduce the issue consistently on a vanilla world (as Marketplace maps can modify mob behaviour) please comment below. If not the resolution IonicEcko provided was correct.
IonicEcko: This issue is not resolved. To be honest. Cause when I wear it the elytra is empty. And a other elytra texture shows up, but sometimes it doesn’t.
Wait... IonicEcko and [Mod] LateLag Where you on the beta? It only happens on the beta, not the full release.
The reopen was when IonicEcko first asked a question, set the resolution to Awaiting Response, and OP replied, thus reopening the ticket. Tickets are usually left open as a point of reference until the full release of an update, unless the bug appeared in a beta and got fixed in a later beta for the same release (where it is Resolved at that point in time).

I don't quite understand from your description what your issue is, however I did notice that you have a texture pack installed. Have you tried removing the texture pack and confirmed if the issue still exists?
Also, is your issue has been put in the Bedrock Dedicated Server section. It appears as though you are using a console which aren't able to use the dedicated server (although I didnt think they could use texture packs either).
If you're looking for help I would highly reccomend the Minecraft Discord, otherwise moving your report to the appropriate section might assist in getting a response.

Hi all,
Could someone elaborate as to what they think this issue is? I run a number of BDS instances for both myself and others and haven't experienced a single crash.
Is this for excessively large worlds? (such as something >5GB?)
@Annie - How do you know they're world corruption crashes? Has it persisted through the 1.14 releases?
We need to give the devs more information, whats here now isnt going to be enough to reproduce or investigate the bug.

Have you tried disabling any command blocks that you have in your world?
There also appears to be references to pending ticks in the error so it might be worth loading the world in something like MCCToolchest and clearing PendingTickData.
If you're unsure how and dont mind uploading a version of your world I would be happy to give it a shot and see if it has any effect.

Hi Shanna,
It looks like you might have posted this in the wrong section. This section of the bug report site is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software. If you're on an Xbox then you are unable to join these servers and it is more likely your issue is with the "Minecraft Bedrock Codebase".
I would suggest moving your issue over there for best visibility if it is still happening. It would also help to check the guide on how to report a bug. More information about how often it happens, how you reproduce the issue and even an upload of the world (although hard on an xbox) help immensely.

This issue sounds like a problem with the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase product, whereas this is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server product.
I would suggest creating a bug report over in the appropriate section for better visibility. It would also help to include information about whether this affects every person you try to connect to or only this person, does it happen on 4g (if you have it) or just wifi, have you tried to check for updates for your app etc. The more information you can give the better it can be assessed.
It might also help to jump over to the FAQ and/or the official discord to see if anyone has experienced the same problems and knows of a fix.

I would suggest creating a bug report in the appropriate section so it can get some visibility. Before you do though it might help to flesh out your bug report a little more. It looks like this issue related to the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase but has accidentally been logged against the Bedrock Dedicated Server product.
To ensure your bug report gets addressed by the right people I would suggest creating your bug report in the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase section.
However I would suggest some more investigation on your end prior to logging it. It's impossible for a texture pack to remain if you've removed all the files (and uninstalled the game). Minecraft wouldnt have the files it needed to display the texture pack.
Is it possible you attached the resource pack to the world rather than enabling it for the client (there's 2 areas you can apply resource packs, its weird). If you applied it to the world, then re-opened the world after you reinstalled that would explain it.

This sounds like a DNS issue on the client end, have you asked the user to try the IP instead of the DynDNS address?
DNS updates can take up to 24 hours to replicate globally to every DNS resolver, its possible this one user was just using one that hadnt updated yet.

I've just checked the latest BDS and release and it includes the correct line. Could this please be resolved.
Can this issue please be closed. The initial issue was the NetIsolation and the version query is no longer relevant. BDS matches release version (may not have at the time, I don't know).

Are you able to provide more details about your set up? Are you running Bedrock Dedicated Server on the same device you're trying to play Minecraft on or is it seperate? Is the server on the same network as the clients or is it external (such as on a hosted VPS).
I have numerous servers running with Online-mode=true so it can't be an issue with Online mode and it might help the devs if we can work out what is different between your setup and many others.

BDS for some reason attaches to 2 ports each for IPv4 and 6. The first is the one defined in the server.properties and the second is randomly generated. It is usually in a higher range if you use the default 19132 for your server.
Is the second server you're trying to start using the default 19132 or have you changed that one as well?
If the second is using default you should find starting your second server and then your first resolves the issue.

Issue 2 isnt related to BDS and is instead an issue in the Bedrock client. There's a report over in the Bedrock codebase section I would recommend you go and upvote.
As for redstone/general slowness, I run a number of BDS instances for friends and haven't noticed this issue, even in areas with "zero-tick" bamboo farms much larger than they should be.
Have you checked the resources on the PC itself and confirmed everything is okay? Is it running on an SSD or are you using an old drive? When you connect are you on the same network or is it remote?

If so, have you forwarded port 19132/UDP (if you use the default) to the machine running the server.
When you say "when I try to connect to it via WAN", are you trying to connect to it from an outside network (such as 4g). Many people have issues connecting to a public IP that is associated with the network you're on. Your best way to test is by trying it on another network (which it looks like your friend did so this is more an FYI)

Have the same issue with my cow pen in 1.14.21 BDS. They always end up in one specific corner in a clump.
Bring them out with wheat and within a short time they end up back in the corner.

The issue you reported (of the server.properties not including the correct line and missing the last word) is resolved. However if you're finding that the line doesn't apply that's another question.
It definitely isn't needed on creation. I've switched mine a couple of times since I made it. Let me do some testing on my own server and see what I come up with. Maybe we can get to the bottom of this

When you talk about lag spikes what exactly are you seeing on your server in these areas? While Bedrock is indeed multi-threaded it isn't a silver bullet so to speak. Some thread just have to complete before others can continue. The areas where you are experiencing lag, are they where the chickens are?
I have a massive guardian farm that, even when I accidentally leave it running too long, it seems to cause FPS drops for me, but others in the area don't seem too affected.
Joining servers from Console has been something Mojang has addressed in the past, unfortunately it is a requirement of the different platform owners (such as Sony and Nintendo) that the custom server options be stripped out of the code before it can go through their approval process. As such there is nothing Mojang can do in that space.

This ticket looks like its been raised in the wrong place too, however the devs have already discussed Minecraft Bedrock combat but I'll summarise it here for you.
They know there is a difference and parity is the goal, Jeb has released 5 (ish) Java snapshots so far for a combat overhaul version 2 and has been very clear that when its ready it will release on both platforms.
This is on its way! Us Bedrock players will hopefully be using sweeping edge in no time.
As this isn't really a bug though its likely to be closed by a mod.

Do you have any DNS blackholes on your network or anything?
It can't be a widespread fault given the number of dedicated servers out there that are working so this is likely to be an environment related issue.
Given you've tried both Windows and Linux now, that rules out the OS (mostly) so its probably worth taking a look at your network setup.

It is definitely possible to join a LAN game on PS4 (have done it myself) so it looks like something may have been wrong with your setup. Was the phone player connected to the same network/wifi as you and did they have the setting enabled to advertise their world on LAN?

Do you have any DNS blackholes (Pi-Hole/Technitium/OpnSense) on your network or advanced network filtering (IDS/IPS) etc?
I'm still working on the assumption that your issue is environment specific and given you've tried different OS's the main remaining option is network/ISP. Given there are thousands of BDS instances running with online mode on across the world I'm hesitant to accept this one as a bug and just wait for a fix. That's not to say it isn't, I'm not a dev and can't be sure, your environment might be triggering a very specific bug, but more investigation is needed.
If we can't identify what on your network could be causing it, I can stand up an instance on my box and see if we can replicate the problem again.

In Bedrock edition you cannot minimize the game as it puts it into a "paused" state, because its no longer communicating with the server it disconnects. This has been listed as "will not fix". However if the issue happens with the Minecraft game in the foreground please let us know.
