MC-100792Multiplayer skin error
When I join a multiplayer server peoples skins don't load but it worked ounce and hasn't worked since and it is always on 1.9 but 1.8+ works for the skins but 1.9 doesn't. My windows is windows 7 and I don't know about my java.
P.S. The skins are iver alexes, steves, or just messed up

Is the server running in offline mode? (If you don't know, ask the owner.)
I asked a mod on a server and he said he thinks its online mode because the owner of the server is not really online but I do see some peoples skins but mostly I see what you see in the screenshot I took
