When i was playing minecraft 16w20a i was spawned wither skeleton, and i was matched to it gest on fire every second. he is fired about half a second and does not deals damage.

Sorry, I'm not quite following, what is the bug here?
Are you saying that:
1. The wither skeleton is on fire every second?
2. The wither skeleton does not deal damage?
3. A modified wither skeleton with a bow does not shoot?
4. A normal skeleton does not shoot when it is on fire?
I only have this bug. A stray or skeleton that is on fire will become unable to shoot.
