MC-10289Light is different for each game mode
I was in a player-built cave and I noticed that this happens when you switch game modes.
1. survival
2. creative
3. adventure
survival and adventure are similar, so I think this could be a glitch, but it may not, because the light changes dramaticly

Intended. Void fog is avoided when in creative mode.
Yes Void Fog is turned off in Creative.
