MC-103320Mesa (Bryce) 'V' pattern
I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug in the game's code, or if it's specific to this seed, but there's an area of this world where the Mesa (Bryce) generates incorrectly with a wide 'V' cut into the hardened clay.
It doesn't go past the Bryce variant, & it doesn't affect any other types of biomes around it.

This does look very strange indeed, but it could very well be a procedurally generated thing.
I would say that this is one of those rare, unusual geographical features found in Minecraft, along with trees in topless caves with dirt floors, etc.
That would make this issue invalid.
