MC-10593Wither spawner not working correct
When a spawner tries to spawn a wither, it fails on peaceful difficulty (appears briefly then disappears). This is incorrect as when you build the wither normally, it does not despawn on peaceful. If you need more info, I can make a video but this seems pretty self explanatory.

Currently over 52% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.I'm not frustrated (we are all trying to make the game better) But sometimes the other issues have such different wording, I don't know how one would think to search some of this stuff.
