MC-109103(Charged)Creepers hit by Lightning look weird.
Just Weird. its like the textures are rendering wrong or something, or the model messed up idk its just weird.
To Recreate:
1. Spawn creepers or find some.
2. summon a lightning bolt.
3. put out fire to keep them from dying.
4. weird creepers galore.
happens every time for me.

Are you talking about the blue "electric" outline? If so, that is a charged creeper with a bigger blast radius than normal creepers. It is completely normal.
