MC-110096Chunks not loading
I am not too inclined to believe it's my operating system or network's fault. Before 1.10 things worked better than this. I don't remember being able to only see 3 chunks ahead of me (Render distance doesn't help). It takes a while for chunks to be loaded while standing still. But, while moving, I often find myself on the edge of nothing until the next chunk or two loads at almost the last second. Sailing often has me sailing through the sky. Often there'll be a chunk not rendered, surrounded by rendered chunks.
I have heard from others that this issue began with 1.10.

Laptop (Acer Aspire E1-E31) > Minecraft Windows 10 Edition (1.10.2) > Any Biome
