MC-112617Tipped Arrow effect
Arrows shot from a dispenser, through lava, facing east, land with the correct effect.
After leaving the game, and returning, the flame effect is replaced by a blue/purple potion effect.
The effect disappears shortly before the arrows despawn.
This was in a single-player world with no mods, not opened to LAN.
