MC-116613Parrots can fly even if they are sitting
Changing parrots' entity data with commands(setting their "Sitting" tag to 1) makes them able to fly while sitting. I also found out that this bug applies only to not-tamed parrots.

Seems to only happen when using commands.
I don't think this was resolved.
