MC-121983Selected hotbar slot gets reset to slot 1 when leaving the End
Steps to reproduce :
1. Get to the End
2. Defeat the Ender Dragon
3. Select any slot in your hotbar (the middle one for example)
4. Get through the End portal back to the Overworld
5. Notice the slot now selected is the 1st slot

Using Windows 10 Insider 17035 with the Java runtime provided by the launcher
