How to reproduce :
1. Place at least 9 souls sands in the water
2. All sounds will stop (place, undermine, sound of creatures, sounds of bubble columns, attack, walk ect ...)
even with / playsound the sound stops
/playsound entity.wither.death ambient @p
/playsound block.anvil.destroy ambient @p
