The change in light when entering a water from a cave is bugged. to reproduce:
1: find a cave/mineshaft/stronghold thats right next to water
2: give yourself night vision
3: enter the water
the screen still darkens for no reason before lighting up.

Night Vision no longer impacts underwater vision
