i was try to make a never mine diamond challenge, A.E only use diamond find in dungeons, ships, stronghold nether forteressetc, when i go to the nether, there some weird things appear

hello Michael,there are still some chance to be happened, something like 1 per 70 games, i checked the nether seeds, when this type of bug is on, there are mostly( 80% of case) the terrain seems like something like generate with the new generating methode(with fault in nether and a very huge lava lake not very far( i supposed something is updating continusly but the memory occupating rate is very low), and for more precisions, there are something very similar for the end, but we can still take dammage and getting the block we broken, however, soemtimes, all effect, without exception, disappear when we go in or go out of the end, samething for the experiences bar, like after killing dragon, i get lvl63, then when i passed through the portal, the entire experiences disappear, i find a post somewhere says it's a visual bug, sometime is true, but sometime not, by checking on files, the data says directly i got 0 experience when i must have something bigger.
to sum up, there are some chance to get bugged in the nether with no player statement change(statistic is also blocking) player take no more damage, no more hunger, no more effect, can't get anyblock he break, can't go though the portal to back to the overworld, any block stacked on the inventoty can't change it's quantity(it's not an item and game tag problem due to the new optimization of the news files formats?) can't get any effect, can't take fire, armor and tools don't take damage, gaming mecanic like craft and smelting don't existing , nothing drop, however the world change according to the player's actions(all effect update, all fluide update, chunck charging without problem, block breaking on the right timing without rollback, and when i make save and exit, then reload the world, i'm rolling back on somewhere very close of the nether portal, no depending where you are(you can go 15000 block away and the save makes me appear near the nether portal(not in), and i can be where he want like i get out facing north and going only towards notrh, i can appear 5 blocks on the south side of the portal...)
i have no programming skills, but i suggest you to see more on the new items tag files format optimization and the saves compatibilty(i didn't update my tests worlds from 1.12 they are directly generate from the new generating system.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13.2, or the latest snapshot 19w14a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
hello michael, the bug that i mentionned is likely no more present in the game (i never encounter it since the official realise of 1.13.2) still i passed the 3 last days to doing test on the 19w14a, the result is no more situation as i described but still some roll back while generating and up dating with a very few consequences, surely because you changed the world generation systeme, back to the 1.13.2, one of my friend told me that he encountered the bug i mentionned for 1.13pre 1, but as he is playing on modding, and i never encoutered in vanilla version, i don't think it's still relevant.
