MC-138400Bug with saplings, grass, and crops - 18w43c
Bug with saplings and crops is that they do not grow unless bonemeal is used.
Bug with grass is that sometimes tall grass will not break when it's on an "air" block above water.
Both of these bugs are not dependent on OS / Java version, as my friends with Mac and Java 7 have the same issue.

OS: Windows 10 PRO x64 build 17134.345
RAM: 12 GB , however Minecraft is set to be allowed to use 2.0 GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-6300Q Quad Core @ 2.66GHz, overclock to 3.11GHz
Java: 1.8.0_191 64bit (Java 8, update 191)
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 520PRO with nVidia GeForce GT710M 4GB
