WAI. Only leaders of illager patrols that spawn randomly in the world wear banners.
There are now captains that spawn randomly in outposts, but not every pillager spawned at an outpost will be a captain.
BUt how to spawn pillagers with banners? when i try to use mc stacker they spawn without banner. if i use the summon command they spawn without weapons and banner and dosent attack? soo how to i spawn vanila orginal pillager captains?
