MC-157408Breaking blocks creates ghost blocks
When breaking blocks with the efficiency enchantment, mostly dirt and other quick mining blocks, some blocks will not actually be broken and turn invisible. When the player goes to pass through the now invisible block they cannot move and are stuck similar to the spider web block. The only way found was to leave the game and relaunch to fix the issue.
