MC-16310Lead from horse not attaching to fence post
When I right click a horse with a lead, then right click a fence post, occasionally the lead starts to go all over the place weirdly, then drops.

Had the same problem. Bug with inventory, me thinks. If you clear the animal's inventory you can tie them up. I had a saddled donkey with a loaded chest and had to dump crap on the ground to tie him up.
Can't reproduce
over analyzed. Need 2 leads. One for the animal, one to put on the post.
I think this was resolved in MC-13754.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
