MC-163527Player glitches when using a super powerful and fast pickaxe
Whenever I have a really powerful pickaxe that breaks blocks basically instantly and I start using it (Especially in the nether), My player starts glitching and I can't move my head, or move the player. It appears to me that I keep falling and I cannot move and end up getting stuck in one place without the ability to my head or moving the player.

We're actually already tracking this issue in
MC-156852, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
