Regardless of ingredients I have, Dispenser recipe always show that I lack the materials necessary to build it.

well, first things first.the recipe for dispenser is different from dropper. it needs a bow in the middle. not an enchanted bow. try that first.

cobble refers to cobble stone in case you're wondering, try that first then see if it didn't work
the recipe is not showing you can do it because probably you don't have a normal bow in the inventory. at least i can't see one
and jfyi bows are not stackable
It didn't show while I had the normal bow, which I used manually to make the dispenser in the photograph, could've provided a better picture.

We're actually already tracking this issue in
MC-123002, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
