MC-176008Saddled strider cannot be mounted if there is a baby strider already riding on it
When an adult strider is saddled the player cannot mount it if there is already a baby strider mounted on it. This behavior should allow the player to mount the strider immediately after saddling it causing the baby to automatically dismount from the adult.

I think this is intentional, but I could be wrong, especially since a player can force a villager out of bed.
