MC-179146weeping_vines_plant changes to weeping_vines during /fill command
Weeping vines plants change to weeping vines while they are being replaced by another block with /fill command.
Because of this, only half of weeping vines plant can be replaced.
And if the weeping vines can't attach to the replacer block, they pop off instantly and can't be reached by a second command on the same tick.
