MC-180786Rain can be seen underground and does not appear in places that it should
When I was playing in my server I realized that when raining, I could see it coming through my base. I even went underground and i could still see rain. When I went outside, the rain only appeared in some places and not others even though im in the same biome.
Environment
GTX 1050, Ryzen 3 2200g, Snapshot version 20w17a
