MC-1872Jumping Torches
When I place a torch on a block or a fence that has a wall next to it, the torch will jump from the block and stick onto the wall.
to replicate:
1. place a block next to a 2 high or more wall
2. place a torch on the block
3. the torch will jump to the wall
