Hardcore, version 1.16-pre1. Built a portal to hell, did not immediately go as I decided to become stronger before going there. While I did this to me in the world got two piglins. I don't know if it's important. After I go to the portal and I'm thrown out of the game. screenshots and files "crash report" attached. (the graphics settings are fabulous)

This sounds a lot like an issue from Pre-release 1 that is fixed in Pre-release 2.
Can you reproduce the issue in Pre-release 2 in a new world?
Math Nerd, in pre-release 1 this issue was only is one world, in other worlds I can visit nether. That is why I'm sure I can't reproduce this issue. If it was fixed, can I fix it in my world, or it cannot be fixed because this world was did in pre1?

Correct, worlds generated in pre1 are toast.
