Please provide the same video but with the Alt+F3 debug screen enabled.
I cannot reproduce in 1.16 Pre-3, but after turning on Alt F3 there are sometimes large spikes in the graphs. Alt F3 on.mp4
Edit: The first few waves are caused by starting the recording software I'm pretty sure. Maybe resolve as CR?
