I am unable to reproduce this, please provide more details about how you discovered the issue exactly, along with potentially a screenshot with your F3 debug screen enabled. Please also make sure that you have no mods or datapacks changing Piglins' behaviour.

sorry I forgot to mention that the Piglins didn't react to the soul fire torches when they were angry at me
