MC-194510Game will randomly crash giving an error of " EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005)"
This error will happen at random times and has started to happen only playing 1.16.1, it doesn't matter if I'm in singleplayer or multiplayer, I will still get this error. I have tried Reinstalling the game, java, updating video drivers, and ram tests.

yes! me too. recently my bedrock edition has been doing this i have reinstalled it etc. and now its not letting me in the game
right now im just going to wait for the next hotfix update and keep trying
Ok I'm glad it's not just me experiencing this issue, I play on server with my friend and he doesn't have any issues at all which I thought was really weird, fingers crossed it'll get fixed soon honestly.
Invalid. Your game is modified (OptiFine).
That doesn’t make any sense because even on a clean install with no modded game it’ll still crash unexpectedly.
