1. Place down an enchantment table and switch to spectator mode by using F3 + F4.
2. Go in the enchantment table when in spectator mode and look up.

MC-93554, which is a report that has been marked as "Won't Fix" as perMC-10818. Due to the issue being such a minor issue concerning errors with the models, and the amount of time it would take to fix the errors, the developers have decided that it is not worth the time/effort to fix the issue.
