MC-196665Minecart audio missing when master volume changed
When riding a minecart continuously at full speed (powered rails every 16 blocks) I reduced the minecraft master volume to 0 then increased it back up (to 50%), all other sounds I could notice returned but the sound of riding a minecart did not.
Bug occurred on a server and I could reproduce it.

When this happens, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
I have uploaded the crash report, this time bug was reproduced on a single player creative world under the same conditions
