Exactly what the title says.
To recreate:
make a 3 wide by 4 long leaving it hollow inside, i recommend glass so you can see it.
Throw an item in the middle and place two honey blocks in the middle, it should get stuck.

Does MC-118411 describe your issue? Honey blocks are less than a full block tall.
That makes sense that honey blocks are less than a block tall since Its possible to slide on them
