MC-202464Bottom part of tree does not generate
I was playing hardcore survival when this happened.
Step 1: Load up 1.16.3.
Step 2: Create world with seed 7351753043698543680.
Step 3: Head over to x: -423 y: 62 z: -147.
Step 4: Be confused.
Environment
Windows 10, 1.16.3 (and below?)
