Stalagmites don't deal fall damage on any other part than the tip
When you fall into any part of the stalagmite that's not the tip (frustrum, middle, base) you recieve no damage from the fall, even if you fall from height limit all the way down to bedrock.
What I expected to happen was:
Recieve some fall damage multiplied by 2.
What actually happened was:
Long fall particles appeared, but no damage was dealt at all.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a stalagmite of 2 blocks or higher
2. Build a tower to its side, or just fly up to the stalagmite's height
3. Jump down and try to land on any part of the stalagmite that's not the tip

Hey, @[Mod] Greymagic27, the other submission (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-206587) has a different bug than mine! It looks like you're mistaken: he's talking about jumping from the same height to the top of it, and I'm talking about jumping on other parts than the tip (frustrum, middle, base). May I submit this issue again?
