MC-20795Signs refuse me to type text on it when placed on fence
I was working on a horse stable in Minecraft and I put a sign on a fence and the GUI that allows you to place text on the sign isn't appearing. I placed another sign on the ground the GUI appeared. Mojang, fix this.
