DATED JANUARY 12, 2021, I ACQUIRED THE GAME, BEFORE I WAS USING TLAUNCHER, THE CASE IS THAT I DOWNLOAD IT AND TRY TO ACCESS CUBECRAFT, EVER SINCE AND MARK ME AN AUTHENTICATION ERROR. THE OBJECT FOR WHICH YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCT IS SPECIFICALLY TO ACCESS THE SERVERS. I ALREADY READ MANY COMPLAINTS OF SITUATIONS SIMILAR TO THE MINE. ALL THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS HAVE ALREADY BEEN IMPLEMENTED WITHOUT SUCCESS SO I REQUEST THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OR THE RETURN OF THE PAYMENT.
