MC-215839Spectators can create break particles
In some circumstances, a spectating player can generate 'break' particles of what i beileve to be any block.
To Recreate : Go into spectator mode and try to break a block. If it isnt breaking, switch to creative and replace the block. Then go back into spectator and try again.
