MC-217079Pillager Patrol not in full groups
I was outside my house in a plains biome that is no where near a pillager outpost and near a river I noticed a patrol that only had two pillagers with no captain was standing under a small oak tree. My gamemode is on normal and Patrol spawning true.

I was outside my house that is NO WHERE near a pillager outpost and two pillagers (no captain) was standing near a tree. I killed them easily but where did the other two go?
