MC-227702I was in hardcore mode and spontaneously died.
I was swimming for a sunken ship and died out of nowhere the death message that was created was "death.fell.accident.water". I was told there was a similar bug by being near a waterlogged slab but that was not the case for me. I had half my air left and was swimming to the surface for more. The closest thing I was near was kelp.

The missing message is MC-195467, but the rest I'm not sure.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.
