MC-252410Sculk vibrations for sounds like eating now starts at the player's feet
In 1.19 pre5, the fix for MC-252108 was done by making sculk vibrations for things like eating start at the player's feet which doesn't make sense logically, and seems like an overcomplicated fix compared to just replacing this wool block with another block.
