MC-2673Shift-Clicking smelted ores out of furnace can cause minor visual bug
Shift-clicking a smelted ore out of a furnace just as a new ore is smelted causes the ore in the "input" box to appear as the smelted ore from the output box. This does not affect the functionality of the furnace or the ore; which will reset next time the furnace is opened. It is purely a visual error.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
No response on query, cannot reproduce with 1.4.6 --> assuming fixed.
._. well acutally I still expirience this visual glitch and it's also in 1.4.7. (though I am really late). It isn't fixed yet for me...
Can you please describe excactly what you do and attach screenshots (before / after clicking) ?
Well I can add in screen shots After Clicking the furnace but not before mainly because It happens to me randomly
