MC-277993Using the Mace on the Ender Dragon results in the player receiving knockback from their own Mace
when you use a mace smash attack on an ender dragon, even in locations where the dragon itself doesn't apply knockback, you still get knocked back, likely by your own mace.
Steps to reproduce:
- go to the end and destroy the end crystals to make the dragon perch
- go at the tail ender dragon, since the dragon does not knock entities behind it
- use the mace smash attack on the dragons tail (with the help of a wind charge)
Observed result:
You get knocked away from the dragon.
Expected result:
You fall down back at the dragon's back.
Note: by trying the same exact steps, but with any other item, you will normally fall down as expected. only happens when using the mace.
