there was none at all but every now and then there be sound just won't play

1. start and play minecraft on a toshiba youll notice the sound issue on a fraction of 1/3

You are going to have to be more specific. Can you add more detail to your system configuration? (brand makes no difference), What is your current version of java? Are you saying the sound doesn't play at all, that certain sounds play but not others, or that the sounds cut out?
I mean it cut of all the way
First try updating your java, because your version is severely oudated.
Can't I got limited Internet by Verizon hot spot (per month)
